I was born and raised in the suburbs of Detroit, Michigan and took a short detour to Northwest Ohio to attend Bowling Green State University (Go Falcons!) where I studied biology and played collegiate soccer. From there, I attended Michigan State University COM in Detroit. After 26 years in the Midwest and countless April snowstorms, I decided that I was going to follow the warmth (and most of my family) to sunny Florida. I was lucky enough to interview at USF and quickly realized it was the perfect fit for me! Currently, I am interested in pursuing a fellowship in GI or Allergy/Immunology, but I am excited to explore all of pediatrics before I make a final decision. In my free time, I enjoy running, cycling, rock climbing, trying out new coffee shops, thrifting for clothes, and eating ice cream. My boyfriend and I bought a house in St. Pete, and I am so excited to attempt to plant a fruit and veggie garden, check out the food scene in St. Pete, make new friends, soak in the sun at
