Some bands suffer a few years on life support before succumbing to the inevitable career flatline. Talent and commitment rarely provide a remedy to artistic death. Most bands, under the pressures of family and employment, pack up and move on. Anvil is not like most bands. The Toronto thrash innovators have spent decades on the musical respirator only to be cardio-paddled back to life again and again.
