Let’s say you’re presented with a circle, a square, a triangle, and a squiggly line. You’re asked to draw one of each—but two of one. Which one do you draw twice, and what does it say about your working style?

During “Squaring the Circle: Making New Technology Fit Within Organizational Culture,” a Tuesday Learning Lab at ASAE’s 2018 Technology Conference & Expo, the lessons from this exercise were applied to the technology integration process in an organization.
