Oliver Phommavanh (born April 18, ) is an Australian author, comedian, and former primary school teacher, best known for his children’s books that celebrate cultural diversity and humor. His work often draws on his own experiences as a Thai-Australian, and he is widely recognized for bringing multicultural themes to young readers in a relatable and humorous way. Phommavanh's debut novel, Thai-riffic!, was published in and has since become a staple in Australian school libraries.
